Actually i m quite confused now regarding which path to follow because i got ITA in october nd because of some paper work i had to reject my ITA . I worked as a legal assistant for 2 years before my graduation but it wasn’t mentioned in my previous details as i didn’t know that the work experience before your graduation can also increase your CRS score. 1. Recently i have come to know that one’s work experience gets counted before graduation . Can you please confirm it?
2. Major concern to me is whether i can add that experience now as i didn’t add it in the details when i recieved my previous ITA. Is there someone who has experienced the same situation before. I m worried of misrepresentation.
3. I also went to USA during my graduation and did not mention that i was part time working in my DS 160 form. I have heard that US and canada has some kind of treaty related to details sharing.Is this somehow affect my chances .
