can any one tell me what can i do if i want study the language in Canada

If you want to study in Canada, you should pick a degree or diploma course rather than a language course. The study permit refusal rate for language courses is very high since CIC typically doesn't view these individuals as genuine students.

Why do you need to go all the way to Canada to do that? Why can't you study in your home country? This is what you'll have to explain to CIC to prove you are a genuine student.

If the program you want to take is six months or less, you will need to apply for a TRV to come to Canada. If your program is greater than six months, you'll need a study permit. In either case, you'll need to demonstrate that you have strong ties to your home country and have no plans on remaining in Canada long term.

And that is exactly the problem you will have.. you are not a genuine student and CIC will sooner or later figure that one out and not issue you a study permit. But nevertheless, go ahead and apply as a student, as Scylla said, YOU have to convince the authorities otherwise.

You need a different plan. When you study language in Canada, you almost always aren't legally allowed to work. All you are allowed to do is study.

If you want to be able to work in Canada while you study, then you need to take a real program - like a full time college diploma or university degree. And you'll need to obtain a study permit. To be approved for the study permit, you will need to show that you have enough money to pay for your tuition plus travel/living expenses. This mean you will have to show that you have a balance of at least $20K to pay for your education in Canada. You will also have to make sure that whatever program you take in Canada makes sense based on your previous work experience and education.
