CES U of T not responding to my emails

Hi,

I am from India, I sent the my document for ECA to CES U of T through Indian Speed Post. According to the tracking portal of the mail service, the documents were delivered on 03/14/2019. However, I have not received any acknowledgement confirmation from CES till now. I have written hundreds of email and left equal number of messages to them. I have paid a good amount just to send these documents.

Have anyone faced similar issue with CES? What can I do?

Processing time is 6-12 weeks. They just received your documents last Thursday. Hopefully you are not serious about having sent them hundreds of emails and messages. I'd recommend you stop.

It will take 1-2 weeks to update the same. Have patience. They received my documents on 6 March and updated the same on 14 March.
