Hi everyone. I am a temporary foreign worker here in Canada for almost 3 years now. I recently applied for permanent residence under FSW cat 3 and CIO-S is asking me to send a full application at the visa office in Manila. One of the things I need to submit is a police certificate(NBI clearance) which I have. How about a police certificate here in Canada? Do I have to submit it too? Thanks.

No, you do not submit a Canadian police clearance unless/until requested by CIC.
