Certified copy vs original birth certificate

Hello,
I am an American born in the Philippines. My husband is sponsoring me. For the requirements, it says I need to send my original birth certificate. Is a certified true copy acceptable? Thank you.

You need psa copy printed on psa papers for both birth certificate and marriage certificate.
If you look at the country requirement in the cic website it clearly says they need original psa copy.
