I'm from Pakistan and am going to apply for admission in undergraduate program in memorial university of newfoundland for September intake, in the documents requirements the university website has written that only the certified copies of the transcripts/certificates sent by courier will be considered official. I just want to know, from whom this certification be done. I mean which authority or institution will certify my photocopy of Intermediate/ Higher Secondary certificate, which will be sent to the university for admission process.
