Do you have a certificate of qualification from a Canadian province, territory or federal body?

This is the question I have found in CRS calculator.
I am an electrical engineer and having a 4 years of experience in India.
So what certification should I get to work in Canada?
Can I go to Canada on visit visa and can take the exam?
Because If I get I can boost my CRS score.

The certificate of qualification only applies to trades (e.g. plumber) - not to professions such as yours. You won't get any additional points.
