Certificate of Qualifications in EXpress entry profile

Hello,
I have Ontario College of teachers license( certificate of qualification) to teach in Ontario. I am currently teaching in Thames Valley district school board, London, Ontario. I filled the Express Entry profile but I didn't get the marks for Certification of Qualification in EE profile. How can I get the marks for this? Kindly help.

That's for the skilled trade program. If you are under CEC it's irrelevant.
