I'm trying to get my IELTS and create my express entry profile.
I want to know is there any way to get "Certificate of qualification" point for my pool?
remember I'm out of canada.
is there anyway to get this point when your out of canada and you've never been there?
I've seen minimum points that people have got invitation is 450, but mine is 430, without job offer and Certificate of qualification.
How other get required points when they are not physically in Canada?
