If I get Construction Estimator Certified (CEC) Certificate from Canadian Institute of Quantity Surveyor (CIQS) while outside Canada . CIQS is the regulatory body of Estimator’s and Quantity Surveyor’s. Can I claim points in express entry as a Certificate of Qualification?
