I am trying to apply for a certificate of good conduct from UAE for inland spousal sponsorship. I was born there and after the age of 18 I lived there till the age of 20. But at the moment I dont have the passport with the resident visa of UAE. Neither at the time I was there was any emirates id started. All I have is my old drivers license and my birth certificate and my recent passport. do i still require a certificate of conduct from UAE?
