Would like help regarding this issue, my husband is scared to include his original passport and birth certificate ( as a proof that husband is Canadian citizen) on my sons application for Certificate of Citizenship . My husband is in Canada right now and after we apply for my sons certificate we will proceed with my spousal sponsorship application. Me and my son resides here in Philippines.
I have additional question, is it okay to apply for temporary passport for my son even though its not urgent we just want to make sure he have passport ready.
