Certificate of Acceptance Issued Today

Hi all.. I got my Certificate of Acceptance from University on Canada today for MBA program September 2021 intake. I am not sure what the next steps will be? Like medicals and visa.. in how much time is visa issued? I am from Pakistan so due to the current ban on flights from Pakistan and India, will I make it to join the studies in September 2021 if issued a visa or should I defer it to January 2022? Kindly do reply if someone has any info.

Current processing is 6+ months not including biometrics. Hope you applied to a public university.

Will you attend MBA @UNB-Fredericton?... All the best, i miss my old days,oncampus hockey games, social club and the gym..

Next step will be to apply for your SP if you have not.If approved, they’ll issue 24months as long as your passport is valid after that period. Take advantage of SIF program during your second year, it worths the experience

First of all thanks a lot for the prompt reply.. I notice you are always there for help on this forum with genuine info..thanks buddy..
Secondly, yes I applied to public university...new Brunswick.. 6+ months means I will surely miss sept 2021 intake then..I applied some 2 months back to university and they sent me the Acceptance letter today..so what could i do?
What is biometrics? And should I apply for visa now as I ve got the letter or first do my medicals? I dont know what to do next?

Do you already have an MBA? You need biometrics (fingerprinting).

I dont know if there are changes now with electronic copies, but use the one they sent on email. As long it is signed by the Dean it should be fine. SIF is Student Investment Program where second years are exposed into investment portfolio, live trading platforms etc...Yes i was there 2016/18

Yes I ve an MBA HR..but now i applied for MBA Finance as I am running my own school and college..my father is currently managing it..once I come back then I ll be able to take it better from him..my age is 38 and 12 years experience in HR. Any chance to get student visa? Bcoz what I see in forum is that most student visas get refused.

Make good SOP and show proof of business back home, incl strong social and economic tie. All the best
