I am new to this form and this is my first topic as i have some questions kindly help to resolve them.
I am diploma holder (Civil engineering) from India i have to submit application for the selection certificate for quebec and according to application form i have to submit true copy of study & some other certificate i want to know who can attest the true copy here in india also what is the true copy/sworn copy?
If i submit original copy of any certificate when i get back the same?
I also don't have birth certificate but i have passport and all other legal proof such as high school certificate
DL & Aadhar Card can i submit one of the above on the place of birth certificate?my DOB is 11/11/1986
What is the maximum time for the processing of selection certificate?
how i can pay fee along with selection certificate if i does'nt have credit card?
