I did my citizens test 13 month ago and I am still waiting for the ceremony, I can’t see see my application online even , My Spanish passport and PR burned down in a house fire that we had in January . I don’t know what to do I am struggling right now.

for PR card, you can apply for a replacement card. What do you mean by you cannot see your application online? Can’t you check the ECAS status by your UCI number? If you already took the test, it would’ve at least shown as “in progress“.

Call cic. They forgot to send oath invitation to my husband and when we called they had to prioritize. Call and ask. Good luck
