CERB supporting documents problem

Has anyone applied for CERB? They want my work permit and proof of an extension application (in my case), but they want me to mail it in. I am not sending my original WP, and I have no way to get a copy. Print shops are closed, as is my work. I'm not going out and buying a copier.

Also, what constitutes proof of an application for extension? I applied to extend my current WP, but I don't really have any proof of it.
 
you applied to CERB and they are asking documents before giving money? I thought they will verify later.

They may be asking for very basic information to try to prevent fraud and then revisiting in more detail. They will realize that there will unfortunately be a lot of fraud and also some will apply who just couldn’t understand the instructions,
