Doesn’t matter. It is very difficult to get a job in the police or RCMP. RCMP police require you to be a citizen and those jobs tend to be easier to get, but still very difficult, because you are usually in very rural locations for the beginning year of your career and working alone. Getting accepted into the police training camp and getting a job usually takes many years because of hiring freezes. You need to be a PR to be a police officer. You may want to look a broader programs like criminal justice. I know many end up working as prison guards while applying for years to get into the police academy. You must show that you will return to your home country when you apply for your study permit. The police foundation program May only be helpful if you remain in Canada which could be a warning sign that you plan on remaining in Canada. Would encourage you to research the job struggles for those trying to join the police force.

But my plan is like first doing the diploma then get the pr and then apply for police academy.

Just warning you. You still have to qualify for PR and getting a job in your field of study will not be possible. It just makes getting PR more difficult. You also must show that you will be returning to your home country after your studies so taking a Canadian policing course makes it hard to show that tour degree will be useful in your home country. I know a police officer that waited 5+ years to get a police officer jobs. He volunteered as a free police officer and did everything possible. Police academy does not run every year in all cities because there are so many hiring freezes. Would just make sure you do you research and have a plan B to get your PR and to have a career while yo7 try to get a job as a police officer.

What makes you so sure you will get the pr? You're not even a student in Canada yet.
