As far as I know, Centenial does not accept offer letter, they issue them... Others may correct me

It is unacceptable that Centennial College takes 4-6 weeks to issue the completion of program and grauduation letter, do they (Centennial college International student section) know that there are only 90 day for student to apply PGWP and the short period of validation of student visa?
