i read somewhere na yung processing time ay nagsisimula from AOR not from the date of application ng TWP natin, is this true?? any thoughts on this?

clinarify ko din toh sa immigration lawyer namin at sabi nya na mag.start cya sa date of submission ng documents. Ika-12 weeks ko na toh at if wla pang feedback this week, mag.follow-up na daw cla.. hopefully ma.release na visa natin this week.. let's all pray for the best! ;D

i see, thanks champ..ako nga eh 14th week ko na this week..wala pa kahit anino ng visa..nagfollow-up na ako almost 2weeks na nakalipas pero wala din reply..di na nakakatuwa maghintay

hi all. my employer messaged me that they sent a letter to the embassy friday last week. Should i email the embassy to follow up or that letter from my employer is enough. They told me too that they sent a letter to the parliament. dunno what that is.

MP or Member of Parliament can check your status on behalf of your employer. They are not the VO but they can inquire about your applications however decisions are still in the discretion of the VO

I think no need na ikaw ang mag.follow-up. Enough na ata ung correspondence ng employer mo. Hopefully ung letter sa parliament makakatulong sa pag.expedite ng processing. Parang delay na ata cla sa 12 weeks na processing time.

Thanks bizzaro and buleg.. sanan nga dumating na. Dapat kasi andun na ako by September kasi wala nang tao ang boss ko dun. daming nghoholiday at yung mga students na worker eh balik skwela na. kaya hopefully before september eh makabalik na.
