Ok lang naman daw na maexpire yung LMO as long as your application is before the expiration d8. However, if (knock on wood) you were denied you have to request for new LMO for reapplication. @ghiele; Anu anu kaya pwede maging cause para madenied pa ang release ng visa natin? hays kala ko pa naman pag ok na ung medical for releasing nalang lang ung visa un pla pwede pa ma denied.. naka pag resign na kasi me sa work ko.... :

Exactly 1 month darating yung visa nyo...Kc sa akin May 14 nareceived ng CEM yung med result ko and yesterday June 13 I got the response but dated June 6 and sad to say it was denied... reasons ill post soon...hope yung inyo maapproved...goodluck guys...anamargarita_1128 said:

Reasons why it is denied:
1. You were not able to demonstrate that you adequately meet the job requirements of you prospective employer. (Which is true on my part because I'm applying for front desk rep but I never had any training or experience on it. I am currently a supervisor in a BPO company).
2. You have not satisfied me that you would leave Canada by the end of the period authorized for your stay. In reaching this decision, I considered several factors, including:
a. your family ties in Canada and in your country of residence (I included in my application form the list of my relatives leaving in Canada, which should not be included).
b. purpose of visit (It was clear I'm going there for work) chaaka nila
c. limited employment prospects in your country of residence (no Idea)
d.and lastly personal assets and financial status (I have only P105K in my bank statement)...i don't know how much do they need in order to pass this factor.

bakit need p nila ng proof of funds eh ung iba naman wala dineclare n funds s CEM.. so sad naman sis..
@ghiele, sana you did not state that you have relatives in Canada. baka kasi they fear that you will not come back. you are on a working permit, and based on your qualifications, BPO industries are very in demand there. but i am not sure din. may topak ata minsan mga visa officers, ewan ko ba bakit ganun. nakakatakot naman kung ganun, ang lumalabas kasi pag feel ng VO na bigyan ng visa, bibigyan, but if di nila feel, rejected agad. are you planning to reapply?
