my new employer applyed for me lmia this month 16 ,so how many days will be take get lmia case number?if i got that number can i apply my work permit right away?please advice me.thanks.

It seems to be taking around 2-4 months for LMIAs to be processed. Once the LMIA is approved, you can apply for a work permit.

4 months = 16 weeks

so you're still fine - just wait for it

Just because they apply again - doesn't mean it will be approved.

It could be refused again.

Already replied above - did you not see it?

It could still be refused again and the wait time should be the same as before.

You should have a backup plan

You are not eligible to apply for PR.

To be eligible, the principal applicant needs to score at least CLB 7 in all bands.
For CELPIP, this is 7 in each band.
For IELTS, this is 6 in each band.
