CELPIP Score for CEC under NOC B

I have given the CELPIP exam in Oct 2013. My Score was;

Reading - 3L
Writing - 4L
Listening - 5L
Speaking - 4H

I am planning to apply under NOC B 6313, will I be able to apply for CEC with this score. Please guide.. Thank you

sure the lowest score approved by cec is 3L so you are OK
