Hi everyone, I am applying for Permanent Residency, my wife is already a Permanent resident. I am applying under CEC and not applying under the sponsorship program. Do I still need to provide the medical and PCC for my wife? She already applied for PCC and Medical last year for her application, will that suffice the needs of IRCC?

Since she already has PR, you won't include her in your application and she does not need a medical.
