I created my profile and got into the pool. My current Crs is 476. I have shown some Indian experience from 2016 while applying for study permit. Do I have add that experience while creating my profile even though I'm not claiming points for that?

You can add that to Personal History and avoid harassment by Indian company to get Letter, if you are not claiming any points for it.
