For my skilled work experience I can only provide the letter of employment and no T4 or pay slips.
Do you think this will be an issue?

you need letter of employment and YOU NEED to submit payslips as well.

I saw in another thread that PR application was rejected because of there is no pay slips or T4 to support work experiences. It was showing clearly in GCMS note the comments from visa officer. So better to submit it.
