In order to apply under CEC, do you need a job offer letter or should be currently working?? what if i have already completed my one year of canadian experience and i dont have job. still I am eligible for CEC under express entry?

Yes, you should still be eligible since you have completed the 1 year work experience requirement even if you are not currently working.

Yes, you are still eligible, but only thing is need to get is experience letter from your previous employer and all pay stubs of each months you worked there.

Yes, you also have to achieve the number of hours requirement
