CEC work experience does not accumulate due to change of NOC codes

Hi Guys, I have two years of cec experience that qualify NOC codes ( changed to my current job after one year and half being in the first job) However, the two jobs I have are under different NOC codes. I don't have any gap between those jobs. It seems that our new system is not counting it as two year experience but only one year since I changed my NOC code at one year and a half? I have tried that around a week ago so wondering if anyone knows whether this is a new rule or just a bug in calculation system. Thank you so much.
