Hi,
I graduated from UBC last year and am looking to get my PR in Canada. I'm just trying to figure out the best route to apply for and just want to clarify some information.
I think CEC is the best route for me to apply because I have skilled work experience, but (to clarify this) if I have 8 months of work experience in a NOC 1221 job (not eligible for CEC) I Cannot use any of that experience on my application even if my current job is eligible?
Second, I'm also looking into PNP. How do I ask my employer for the required documents without jeopardizing my job? The reason why I ask is that I was dismissed from my previous job after enquiring about PNP and they didn't want to deal with a foreign worker.
Thank you
