I have applied for PR under the old rules in December 2014.
Can I also use the express entry system now. If so, will it cancel my earlier application?

Yes you can apply in EE and no, it won't cancel your previous application.

thanks for the revert.....i wanted to know as to how things will work.....i mean...if I receive the ITA under EE and the process completes faster than the old rules then cic will automatically withdraw my earlier application

Also is there any link that u can share where I will find all the required info?
