Application status tracker will only let you create a profile once your UCI is linked, which may happen anytime between now and a couple of months (for me it took 3 months). Currently you may have your UCI starting with CAN - once these numbers changes into an eight or nine digits (same as the UCI on your study permit/work permit) that is when you will be able to create one.

Yes the old medicals was used and in the tracker medicals status is complete... On the ircc portal medicals status is blank

In the GC account click view submitted application or documents. There you will see a new place holder for the biometric receipt. Just upload it over there and submit

Checked there, there is no column or place to submit or mention of Biometric receipt. So,I raised a webform and attached receipt with it.

No update its been 2+ months already. Tried to pay for biometrics (175++) for 2 of us and sent it via webform. But nothing.
