CEC Rule before 2013

Hi, I am sorry to write this post but wanna ask if anyone can brief me about CEC rule in 2012. I am little confused with it because I could not find it anywhere on the website.

1. Min of 2 years experience + 1 year education in Canada

2. Min of 1 year experience + 2 years of education in Canada

No education and only 1 year Experience

Correction to #1 - there was no education in Canada requirement.

Also, the difference was for students, the 1 year of experience had to be in the last 2 years. It is now a flat 1 year of experience within the last 3 years.

So if I am correct it has to be 1year of education + 2 years of work experience OR 2 years of Canadian education + 1 year of full time employment..?

No - there was no education requirement if you had 2 years of skilled work experience.
