CEC Refused!...Please help!!

I've just read a post telling that according to a HRSDC agent, applications does not meet the average wage won't be considered....This is very dissapointing and unfair....I have already paid a lot of money to gather documents...

HRSDC is not involved with PR applications. What HRSDC is talking about is the labour market opinion (LMO) for temporary work permits, and it is true (for at least a year now) that a positive LMO will not be given if the salary is below the average.

For CIC, salary is not one of the eligiblity criteria. However, if your job duties are ambiguous and suggest that you might be skill level C instead of B, CIC might also look at salary as further evidence. There are important differences between NOc 1241-B and 1411-C, so for your application to succeed, the main job duties will have to look more like NOC1241 than 1411...

thanks for your information...I'll try to focus on the reference letter and duties...I hope my education will also help..I hope for the best..I'm expecting a baby in June you think I should send in the due date letter in order to inform them that there will be a new family member soon???

For you to be eligible under the CEC categoy, you should have at least two- year full time work expererience. Though, it was not indicated under the reasons why your application was refused, it could possibly a factor as well.
