Hi,
1. I have different work hours Every week. So should i mention “average 40 hours/week” in my reference letter?
2. Eventhough my first pay stub says the payment is for three weeks, my payment in the bank reflects the same amount as the following biweekly payments. For example i got $1500 for my first 3 weeks and $1500 for the following all two weeks. first 3 weeks was training period and that is the reason i was underpaid. Will this difference make any problem? I have reference letter and pay stubs with my starting date.

That may not satisfy the VO, they may want something more descriptive, such as "Mr Jackey works variable hours as required, ranging from a minimum of 35 to a maximum of 45 hours per week....¨ or "Mr Jackey works a minimum of 35 hours per week, often more.... " As long as the minimum is not below 30, it will just be considered "full time."

I wouldn´t worry about that too much, but your letter of employment could mention the training period and raise you received afterwards.
