If your employer did not provide the detailed responsibilities, you could have listed them yourselves on a plain paper and attached with the letter of reference (which necessarily needs to contain other details sought).

I contacted the human reaources department and they sent me a the same letter than before and a letter where it explains my responsabilities. Can I send these addiotional documents to my application?
Yes, do it asap. Also include a letter explaining the reason you are providing it now and ask them to include it in your file. Be sure to write your full name, date of birth, client ID # and file #(if you have received your AOR). Send it by registered mail(so you can track) and by email as well if you like.

I only send it by email with my client id and application numbet from my aor; I explained to them
That this letter is being sent because I submitted one withoit the main responsabilities. Will that be enough?
Hopefully that is ok with them. If you don't receive an email from them acknowledging receipt of the information, you can contact them again.
