So the minimum rank should be somewhere around 451/452??

It’s CEC only draw, but the pool you are referring to has people other than CEC.

Not possible as that is the minimum requiremed to be eligible. No IELTS and 1 year expience you are not qualify for CEC

I am no CEC candidate, but with CRS i believe the whole canada will get the PR

we have 152000 current applicats excluding paper ones and currenly only 27000 were invited so score being minimum 75 doesn't everyone got it as we have many applicats between 400-1000 - which is 47000 incluing FSW and other streams. So I guess people with score between 400 - 1000 might have received invite or will

My friends, it is not fake news since:
1- they already skipped a draw of 5000.
2- they need to meet their targets since they already experienced a plunge in 2020 in terms of number of newcomers!
3- CECs are the most beneficial candidates given the Covid-19 era that imposed serious lockdown all around the world.
