I am a CEC inland applicant with AOR May 2nd, 2021 and have a work permit and TRV valid till September 2022. I also have a job starting in September 2021. I have to go back home for personal reasons in the first week of July and come back end of August.
1) If I get invitation to the PR portal while I'm back home, can I come back to Canada on my TRV and submit the request to access the portal and issue my COPR?
2) Is work permit and TRV invalidated when they issue you the COPR or when they give you access to the portal?
3) They request you to tell them if you are outside of Canada at the moment and then they revert your COPR. Do they immediately also re-validate your work permit and TRV to allow you to come to Canada?
