CEC PR – BOWP/SOWP + Restoration Question

Hi! My wife is the principal applicant for our CEC PR application, and I’m her dependent. We’ve both lost our status, but we are both still within the 90-day restoration period.

Can she apply for a BOWP + restoration, and can I also apply for a BOWP, or do I have to apply for a SOWP + restoration? Also, can we apply together in the same application, or do we need to submit separate applications?

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

You are not eligible for BOWP but SOWP. You can apply together if both eligible.

Your SOWP is dependent on your spouse’s BOWP approval so would apply together.
