I am not sure about others experience. But It asked me to upload experience letters from previous jobs held in home country.
If you show that you have experience back home and have gotten points for that. Then you have to give previous experience letters.
I don't know whether they do background check for those experiences or not.

That is when you are claiming points for the experience you are claiming for. When you drop a personal history then there is no need of dropping this details.

No, not unless you also claimed them for points. If they only appear in your personal history, you will not be asked for proof or letters.
