CEC pay query

i am going to join as a production supervisor in a bakery .. but they are going to pay me 17-18$ where as average pay is 22$ but hours of my work is 60 hours. So annual income somehow is equal to the amount which may have come by working 40 hours per week on 21-22$?? So is it ok to pursue with the job or not ??

Income has nothing to do with the job, once its NOC 0, A or B and you have worked full time for 1 year.
