Review required for what? It's best to order CBSA notes so that you can take proactive steps if needed.
He just told me, eligibility: required review
It will take at least one month to get the GBSA notes. I don't know if it will be useful after one month

Everything is completed. Except eligibility: in progress since Feb 1
I am in the exact same position as you.

AOR: 15 OCT
On Feb 2: They asked for additional documents (wanting to know if I was working for the last 6 months)
Feb 8: confirmation of additional document received

Since then radio silent........
Tracker shows all Medical, background, biometrics as completed
Except Eligibility: which is 'in progress" Since Feb 2.

My question: How did you know about this review required, did something change in your IRCC portalor did you simply ask an immigration officer?

I called IRCC yesterday and the agent told me that the eligibility under review required
My VO is Kitchener. What about yours?

I am not sure. Probably Etobicoke as i am from downtown. Is there a way to know that beside asking for a note or speaking to an agent?

Also, I am wondering can you please share how you manage to reach the agent. Like what number did you use and more importantly what time did you call. I tried reaching them but it seems i am not so lucky ;(

I think you could know your VO by either one of these notes or calling an agent
I called this number 1-888-242-2100 at 10 pm EST other says best around 8:00-8:30

Not really. They assigned the applications quite randomly I think. I was first assigned to Vancouver VO, then moved to Kitchener VO. I'm not residing in these two places.
