CEC NOT MET

Hi All,
Appreciate your help in advance.
I have a 2 year post-grad diploma with 2 years full-time experience.
I am trying to apply under the NOC 1123 (I am an ecommerce coordinator)
As far as I can understand, I do qualify for CEC but it still shows that CEC is not met.
What am I doing wrong?

I'm assuming you submitted a profile and it was found not eligible.

When you enter your work experience, at the end of each position, there are a couple of questions that a lot of people mess up -

Do any of the following conditions apply:

Working legally in Canada during this time? CHECK TO MAKE SURE YOU ANSWERED "YES " (Work experience is not eligible if you did not have legal authorization to work).
Studying full-time while doing this job? CHECK TO MAKE SURE YOU ANSWERED "NO" (Work experience is not eligible if you were a full-time student).
