Pretty much matches the NOC, go for it!

Main duties NOC 0621

Retail and wholesale trade managers perform some or all of the following duties:•Plan, direct and evaluate the operations of establishments engaged in wholesale and retail sales or of departments in such establishments
•Manage staff and assign duties
•Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes and effect of competitors' operations on sales
•Determine merchandise and services to be sold, and implement price and credit policies
•Locate, select and procure merchandise for resale
•Develop and implement marketing strategies
•Plan budgets and authorize expenditures
•Resolve customer complaints
•Determine staffing requirements and hire or oversee hiring of staff.

hello anonimo!!!

may I ask whats "AOR"?

did you submit all the documents by yourself ?? or you paid for agent to do it for you??

all the best to you!!! please update me later!!! finally found somebody under same NOC out there.....!!

Dear starb,

i think NOC 0621 is not for sales supervisor becoz it comes under NOC-O of retail trade Manager. Make sure about the NOC, its duties and the tittle before u apply.

Best of Luck.

Yes I applied as store manager. AOR stands for acknowledgement of receipt.

No problem buddy

Yes be careful here noc 6221 is sales supervisor BUT 0621 is MANAGER.

they are very similar, supervisor being more like an assistant manager who obviously reports to the manager.

NOC 6221 has a much lower wage rate, where as 0621 wage rate is higher! (obviously)

The job duties are roughly the same, just have a look on hrsdc.

Go with the one that matches your wages closest, you mentioned $15?, you need to go with noc 6221. Otherwise your setting yourself up for failure!.

If I remember correctly the medium for 0621 is in the $20, $22 range

My friend, noc 6221 IS a skill B

CORRECTION!!!!!

NOC 6211!!!!

Sorry my friend, multi tasking through 2 screens here at work.

NOC 6211 'IS' skill B (sales supervisors)

Look on the HRSDC web site, if your wage matches your good to go!

Hi,

I am NOC code 0621 but my wage rate is also $15/hr, while I was a branch manager for a Retail store (Money Mart). I agree that you should go for 6211 as your title is also of a supervisor but wage doesn't necessarily have to be above $20 to be 0621
