CEC minimum requirements

Hi,
I have read the minimum requirements for cec, and I wonder if Someone has these minimums will receive pr?
I mean if I come to canada for 1 year study and get 1 year pgwp, and during these 2 years, my husband works for only 1 year, will he be eligible for cec? Is there any draw?

Yes, there is a draw. It's a two-step process.

1. Are you eligible under either CEC, FSW, or FST? This is the minimum eligibility.
2. If yes, then you get CRS points (https://www.canadavisa.com/comprehensive-ranking-score-calculator.html) and join the Express Entry pool.

If you get more than 455 CRS points, you are almost guaranteed to be invited to apply. If you get less, then it all depends on where the draws go. Currently they are inviting people above the 451 mark, but this goes up and down.

If you have less than 430 points the chances of getting an invitation are quite low.
