Hi All :D,

  • Inland applicant out of BC , CEC , with my common law partner as a dependent

  • AOR: MAY 21 2019

  • Medical passed : July 1st No updates or even ghost updates since this date

  • After the 6 months completed on November 21st I kept calling CIC once a week and agents could not tell me much just to be patient and wait.

  • On December 23rd CIC sent a status request to the Ottawa processing office for my application.

  • PPR: Finally today JANUARY 22nd 2020 after an 8 months long and draining journey ! I want to thank everybody in this group for helping me keep my sanity during this time and I hope you all see the light at the end of this tunnel soon !
Best of luck !

Got my PPR!

CEC Inland, Sydney CIO Timeline:

AOR: May 28th, 2019
MEP: July 5th, 2019
RCMP Criminal Record Check requested: July 5th, 2019
Passport updated voluntarly: Dec 6th, 2019
GU: January 22nd, 2020
PPR: January 23rd, 2020

NO GCMS requested
Never contacted an agent by phone, tried but never succeded
I had raised some Web Forms due to technical problems with the IRCC portal, to send my new passport and update address.

In my own experience the Web Form could help you to know if everything looks ok or if is something missing, you need to be very specific and I don't believe that makes the process faster, that is just my opinion.

Good luck felas!
