Its been 4 months their hasn't been any progress in my file.

Wow. U have to be kidding. Its like CIC has no structure in their system. Some people got AOR in April and received copr in June. I dnt believe cases are "unique". I think they have too many backlog of applications.

Not sure why their isn't any progress with my application. Applications from Feb last week and March first week have landed in Montreal Visa office and I have seen many applicants with same status. Hopefully Montreal Visa office starts processing the applications at the same speed as other Offices.
