I don't understand this process, I thought ECOPR is the same as the portal step.
On May 10 I received a letter "portal PR"

So I finally got my GCMS notes from CBSA after I had lodged a formal complaint online . They have not touched my file since Jan 25,2023. Even though my Background Verification shows "In Progress" in tracker , Eligibility and Security shows " Not Started" which is the same status from a month ago when I had received GCMS notes from IRCC

All completed, background verification shows completed on May 12.

How long did it take to receive them? I ordered mine 3 weeks ago and got nothing yet.
