CEC inland application approved while outside Canada

What will happen if my CEC inland application got approved while I'm outside Canada for a 3-month vacation? If I already travelled outside Canada, should I worry and try to come back ASAP or is there an easy solution to either have my CoPR at the foreign country or to put my PR on hold till I come back to Canada and then ask for the CoPR?
