Appears he tried to put one over his employer and pissed them off ................ working illegally certainly took a Canadians job away from him/her. We cannot let that happen.

It does seem the common sense thing to do Astro,I mean with google,and the internet there really isn't much excuse to not know the basics,plus we have 3 kids and I wasn't gonna upheave my family just to work for 2 years then have to return to the UK with nothing.

I'm guessing the OP was hoping for one of those magic fix-all band aids.

Hi there,
I submitted my BOWP application after getting AOR. I was under closed WP. My employer lowered my wages and I went for some job on side to support my son and myself. Employer reported me, my BOWP was refused, my WP revoked as my status in Canada as well. I have 90 days to restore it.
Anybody had similar experience? Will that effect my PR application?
There is no time to get new LMIA and my only option will be to apply for visitor status. Do you think that could be refused?
My 21 years old son is in Canada under study permit, waiting his H&G to be processed.
