I understand that working full-time means according to CIC working at least 30 hours per week.
If this is the case, I believe I am qualified for applying for PR, but I want to make sure.

One more thing, I used to work part-time before I got this full-time job, but I am wondering if the hours from my previous part-time job also counts towards my PR application.

Looking forward to your answers,

Many thanks : )

You can count your part-time work experience assuming it was not obtained on a study permit, paid and NOC 0, A or B.

Your part-time work may count (if it meets the required criteria) on a pro-rated basis. Add up the hours (no more than 30 hours per week) and then divide by 30 to get the # of full-time equivalent (FTE) weeks. But unless it bumps up your experience to another year, it may not be worth the effort.

Example: You worked 80 weeks full-time, that counts as 1 year of experience (52 weeks==1 year, 2014 weeks = 2 years etc). If your prorated part-time work experience equals 20 weeks FTE, then you still have less than 2 years and it won't make any difference. But if the part-time work gives you 30 weeks FTE, that will give you more than 2 years and may be worth the effort.
