CEC Express Entry Medical Exam

Hi guys,
I am preparing documents for the next CEC draw (I don't know when, just preparing), I am wondering whether we need to submit an upfront medical exam? my spouse and I, both had medical exams 2 years ago.

Thank you for your response, so technically, I need to get the new medical exam right? I heard that we can use the old ones for now (as long as within 5 years). but I am so sure about it. I am thinking about getting a new medical exam

The policy in question is set to end on Dec 28th 2021. If you are going to apply after that, which looks like the case, you need to get a upfront IME.
